Remarks on Mr. Deane's Police Report

Miscare states in his Report of the 22nd September that many causes have contributed to the present weatness of the Police, and that the Executive is responsible to some extent from its opposition to the views propounded by himself and Mr Stice, in respect to Police Adminiliation.
